These Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through our website at luxenair.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the products to you or confirm dispatch via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

Drop Model and Delivery Estimates

Luxen Air operates a limited-edition drop model. Products are released in limited quantities at scheduled intervals. Stock availability is not guaranteed and products may sell out quickly.

Estimated delivery dates shown on our website and in order confirmations are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by shipping, customs, or logistics factors outside our control. We will keep you informed of any material delays.

Where a product is listed as a pre-order or shows a future ship date, you are purchasing on the understanding that the product will be dispatched on or around the date indicated. We will notify you if there is a significant change to the expected dispatch date and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.

If you choose to pay via Klarna, your agreement is with Klarna and subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions. Klarna's terms are available at klarna.com.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen display differences. Product specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.

Warranty

All Luxen Air products are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@luxenair.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or the return of the product for inspection.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages.

3. Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

UK Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Express delivery via DPD: next working day for 99% of the UK. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may take up to 2 working days. Delivery is fulfilled by our logistics partner via DPD Classic.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. We will contact you if there is a significant delay to your order.

Drop Model Shipping

Luxen Air products are released in limited drops. Each product listing on our website will clearly display one of the following statuses: "Ships [date]", "Sold Out", or "Coming Soon". The displayed ship date indicates when your order will be dispatched, not when it will arrive. Please allow additional time for delivery after dispatch.

If you place an order during a drop with a future ship date, your payment will be taken at the time of purchase and your order will be dispatched on or around the date shown. If there is a material change to the expected ship date, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

Bundles and Split Delivery

If you order a bundle containing products with different availability dates, your order may be shipped in separate deliveries at no additional cost to you. Each item will be dispatched as it becomes available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to track the progress of your delivery.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Luxen Air purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original accessories, packaging, and documentation included. You will need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

To start a return, please contact our customer care team at support@luxenair.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or we have made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@luxenair.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return shipping costs at our expense.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If you would like to exchange a product (for example, to swap a black unit for a white unit), please contact us at support@luxenair.com within 30 days of receipt. The same return conditions apply.

Your Statutory Rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which provide you with a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
