Outstanding Customer Service & Great Product!
I recently purchased the Luxen 3-in-1 Bladeless Fan Heater Air Purifier via express shipping just in time for an upcoming heatwave. Initially, the fan worked well, but after a few days, it suddenly threw an E7 error code, glitched, and stopped functioning.
Understandably, I was disappointed given the hot weather fast approaching, but I contacted Luxen Air’s customer support team, and I couldn't be more impressed with how they handled it.
Cyndi from their support team was incredibly polite, fast to respond, and extremely helpful. Instead of making me wait for the faulty unit to be returned and processed, Luxen Air sent out a brand-new replacement unit the very next morning in good faith via express delivery so we wouldn't be left without cooling during the warm spell.
I sent the faulty unit back, and I’ve now been using the replacement unit continuously up until today (3rd August). It has been absolutely perfect with zero issues! It runs brilliantly, keeps the room cool, and does everything it's supposed to.
Defects can happen with any brand, but what really matters is how a company handles them when they do. Luxen Air went above and beyond to make things right immediately. Fantastic customer service and a great product—I would highly recommend them!
Purchased the fan for our holiday home abroad as the bedroom is too small for an air conditioning unit. We used it for the first time last night and had the best sleep possible and it wasn’t even on the highest setting! Keep the room cool whilst not too cold. Slick design that means it can stay on display all day. Loving this product and highly recommend.

Love this fan!! It looks slick and isn’t too bulky, you can change the settings to how you want and it give you a genuinely cool breeze rather than just fan around hot air. Also the noise is super minimal doesn’t bother me like my old fan did because I’m such a light sleeper, love it would definitely recommend
I was reluctant to spend a lot on this fan, But the heat beat me. I was very pleasantly surprised on how good this is, we are very pleased with it. Build quality is great. So it's not silent on full but it's good, we set it to six and you can watch TV with that speed. I was so delighted with it I bought one for my daughter, who loves it. Well done Luxen

This was the first more expensive fan I have bought, and I am so impressed! At first a little hesitant to buy from a newer brand but I had no need to worry as this is fantastic. All the settings are great, also love the light settings. The fan sounds so much better than bladed ones as is super quiet at night. Very powerful.
